Undead Dragon Mini | Eldritch Monstrosity Miniature | Huge Tentacled Boss Creature | By DM Stash

The rot came first. Then the silence. Then it rose from beneath the stone, older than the dungeon it shattered, hungrier than anything the party has ever faced.

This is a creature that should not exist — a colossal undead dragon twisted beyond death by eldritch corruption. Its decayed wings stretch wide in a dominance pose, ribcage exposed where flesh has long since sloughed away, jaw split open in a silent roar that echoes wrongness into every corner of the table. Six writhing tentacles erupt from its torso like the final insult of some forgotten ritual, each one reaching, grasping, pulling everything within reach toward ruin. The scenic base grounds it in collapsed terrain, bones, and ruin — this thing did not walk here. It erupted here. The Huge scale dwarfs everything around it, making it a commanding centrepiece whether it crowns your display shelf or casts a shadow over your party's minis mid-session.

Built for Dungeon Masters who need a final act boss that genuinely unsettles. This creature lives at the intersection of undead dragon and eldritch monstrosity — it fits as a ritual-summoned horror, a lich's last weapon, a dungeon's cursed guardian, or the apex predator of a corrupted wildland campaign. Players who think they know how to fight a dragon have never faced something like this. Compatible with D&D 5e, Pathfinder, OSR systems, and any tabletop RPG that needs a creature that makes the table go quiet.

- The party clears the final chamber — and the bones on the floor begin to move, reassembling into something massive as the tentacles reach toward the torchlight.
- A necromancer cult has been feeding the dungeon's dead to something below — this is what they were feeding.
- The players discover ancient murals of this creature being sealed away centuries ago — and the seal has just been broken.
- Used mid-arc as a corrupted dragon the party once knew, now unrecognisable, it delivers one of the most emotionally devastating boss encounters possible.
