Treant Warden Mini Set| Ancient Forest Guardian Miniatures | DM Stash

$7.99+

The oldest things in the forest do not sleep. They watch. They wait. And when the axes fall, they rise.

These towering beings of living wood and ancient fury are sculpted with breathtaking detail — every cracked plate of bark, every gnarled root-limb and erupting knot of timber tells a story older than the kingdoms that dare encroach on their domain. The primary variant looms forward with one massive club-arm — a fused trunk embedded with savage spurs — drawn back like a battering ram, while the other arm curls with predatory intent. Its chest is a cathedral of layered bark and dead leaves, and atop its shoulders rises a crown of broken antler-branches, lending it the presence of something halfway between spirit and siege engine. Additional variants show the creature mid-stride and arms outstretched, bark-clad fists splayed wide like a force of nature about to break. Cross-sections of ancient wood visible on their hands reveal rings of centuries — these are not young things wearing bark for armor. They are bark. They are the forest made furious.

Designed by DM Stash and available in 32mm, 40mm, 54mm, and 75mm scales, these Treants are an exceptional addition to any tabletop RPG collection. Dungeon Masters will find them invaluable as boss encounters in forest-themed campaigns, ancient grove guardians, corrupted nature spirits, or even reluctant allies whose trust the party must earn. Players running nature-touched characters — Druids, Rangers, or Barbarians with a primal theme — can commission one as a visual totem for their character's patron or sworn protector. The set offers three distinct poses, each with a different energy: one strikes with brutal momentum, one looms with territorial menace, and one stands with the eerie stillness of something deciding whether you deserve to live.

- The party has felled too many trees on the road through the Thornwood — and something has noticed. The ground shakes on the second night of camp.
- A Druid NPC begs the adventurers not to fight it — this creature was her teacher, and something dark has twisted its heartwood beyond reason.
- The king's logging operation has awoken three of them simultaneously — only one can be reasoned with, and the party has one conversation to figure out which.
- Deep in the corrupted grove, the largest Treant stands motionless at the ritual's center — not a guardian anymore, but a vessel for something far worse.
