This young adventurer stands at the cusp of her first great story. Her wide-brimmed hat, crowned with feathered spikes, tilts with an air of hard-won confidence. A layered travelling cloak billows behind her as if the road itself is already rushing past. In one hand she grips an ornate staff, its head wrapped in cord and carved into something between tool and talisman. In the other, a worn satchel hangs loose — filled, perhaps, with maps she can't quite read yet and supplies she'll learn to rely on. Her belt is thick with utility: pouches, rope, tools of the trade. She stands one boot raised on rubble, surveying a world that is enormous and full of teeth — and she is absolutely going in.
