Zombie Horde Mini | 80s Retro Horror Miniature | Post-Apocalyptic Undead Pack | VaultZ 28mm–75mm

The street corner looked like any other block until the bodies started moving again — wild hair, torn denim, rotting sneakers dragging across cracked asphalt. These are your neighbors now. Whatever decade they died in, they never stopped walking.

Sculpted by VaultZ, this set of four undead civilians captures the raw chaos of an 80s urban outbreak frozen mid-lurch. Two figures carry clearly feminine builds — one surging forward in a low hunting crouch, the other stumbling with arms slack and expression hollow — while two male figures advance with that unmistakable dead-eyed momentum, one broad-shouldered in a shredded open jacket, one lean and wiry in torn shorts, tendons visible through split skin. All four wear the damage of reanimation openly: holes punched through fabric, sunken faces locked in ragged snarls, hair matted and wild. The sculpt detail rewards close painting — layered clothing folds, exposed wound texture, and distinct facial expressions give each figure its own grim personality within the horde.

Designed at 28mm, 32mm, 40mm, 54mm, and 75mm scale options, these figures slot cleanly into post-apocalyptic skirmish systems, outbreak-themed tabletop campaigns, and horror diorama builds. Use the full set as a street-corner horde encounter or split them across survivor warbands as objective markers and threat tokens. They read instantly on the table — the retro civilian look separates them from military or mutant hordes and grounds the threat in something uncomfortably familiar.

- Run a tight-street ambush: your band turns a corner and four former civilians surge from a doorway. No cover. No warning. The clock is already running.
- Stage a diorama around a single 75mm figure emerging from a smashed shop front, lit from below, painted in faded 80s colours — denim blues, blood-soaked reds, asphalt grey.
- Use the crouching female figure as a fast-moving runner variant in your horde rules — the pose reads as charged movement, ideal for a first-wave breacher role in scenario design.
