Ape Wizard Mini | Spellbook Warrior Miniature | 28mm–40mm Resin Fantasy Figure | By Claudio Casini

Ancient power moves through blood older than human memory. She carries the spellbook of a fallen civilisation and the staff of a world that never forgot what magic costs.

Designed by Claudio Casini and produced under license by Jukes3D Studio, this extraordinary miniature depicts a female ape warrior-caster mid-stride — one knee raised, body turning with explosive energy. Her left arm thrusts a heavily engraved spellbook skyward, its cover etched with celestial runes and crescent moon motifs. Her right arm extends a long, organic-carved staff tipped with a blooming flower head, the shaft trailing vine-like detail. She wears layered armour — a fitted breastplate with sculpted shoulders, studded belt, layered leather skirt, and greaved boots — blending martial function with druidic aesthetics. Braided hair adorned with bone and flower ornaments frames a determined, upward-gazing face. The pose is alive: kinetic, defiant, mid-spell.

For players building something unforgettable at the table, this miniature makes a stunning player character — a Druid who channels primal magic through ancestral rites, a Cleric of a forgotten beast-god, or a Sorcerer whose wild magic manifests as raw natural force. For Dungeon Masters, she drops into any setting that rewards the strange and the powerful: a lost jungle civilisation, a city ruled by intelligent primates, a planar realm where evolution took a different turn.

Encounter Ideas

- The party enters a ruined temple, vines reclaiming every stone — she stands at the altar with the spellbook open, eyes locked on something behind the adventurers
- She is not the villain. She is the last guardian of something the party was sent to destroy, and she will not negotiate
- The staff she carries has been sought by three factions for a century — the party only discovers this after they've already made an enemy of her
- In a city where magic is outlawed, she moves through the underground like a rumour — the party needs what she knows, but earning her trust is an adventure in itself
