Barbarian with War Hammer Mini | Nordic Fighter Miniature | 32mm–75mm Fantasy Resin | By Primal Collectibles

Steel rests on his shoulder like a promise. He has crossed burning plains and shattered gates, and he has never once needed to announce himself.

This towering barbarian warrior stands in a pose of controlled dominance — war hammer shouldered with casual menace, long hair swept back, jaw set against whatever comes next. His armor tells a story without words: layered scale mail over a powerful frame, fur-trimmed pauldrons worn raw at the edges, a broad belt hung with trophies and tools, and thick hide-wrapped boots planted on broken earth. A bull or ram motif medallion marks his chest — the sigil of a warband, a god, or a grudge. Every detail from the textured grip of his hammer to the scattered stones and gnarled roots at his feet speaks of a man who has walked out of every fight he has ever started.

Three pose variants are captured across this listing — a side profile showing the weapon at rest across the shoulder, a frontal stance of raw authority with hammer raised, and a broader heroic view with the full armor kit on display. Each captures a slightly different energy: the calm before the storm, the storm itself, and the warlord surveying what remains after.

For Dungeon Masters, this miniature commands the table. Place him at the head of a raider warband descending on a trade road, or use him as a rival champion the players must defeat to earn the respect of a northern clan. For players, he is the perfect physical anchor for a Path of the Totem Warrior, Path of the Berserker, or any martial powerhouse built around primal fury and unshakeable will. His scale armor and restrained-but-loaded pose make him equally convincing as a retired mercenary war chief or an active warlord mid-campaign.

Encounter Ideas
-The village elder reveals that the warchief who burned his home twenty years ago still lives — and the party has just accepted a contract to escort him safely across the border.
-The players enter a mountain stronghold to negotiate a truce, only to find this figure standing alone in the great hall, the rest of his warband conspicuously absent.
-A gladiatorial arena pits the party against a champion who fights not for glory or gold, but for a debt owed to something the party has never heard of — and clearly fears.
-He appears at the edge of the battlefield after the fight is over, watching. Not as an enemy. Not yet as an ally. Just watching.
