Desert Kingpin Mini | Turbaned Rogue Boss with Panther Miniature | 28mm–75mm Multi-Scale Resin | By Primal Collectibles

The city bends its knee before he even enters the room. His smile is the last thing men see before the ledger closes on them.

Hassa is power made flesh — a broad-shouldered, barrel-chested crime lord draped in a richly carved open robe that parts over a tattooed chest adorned with heavy chain jewelry. His enormous turban, pinned with a jewelled brooch, crowns a wide grinning face split by a thick moustache and tapered beard. He holds his ornate staff loosely, the way a man holds something he has no need to threaten with. Beside him prowls a great panther, collared in chain and adorned armour, its muscled body low to the ground — a predator kept only barely in check. Decorative urns and scrolled stonework complete the scenic base, suggesting a merchant's hall, a desert palace vault, or the antechamber of the most dangerous man in the city. Every surface of this miniature rewards the painter — layered fabric folds, engraved arabesque metalwork, and a companion animal full of anatomical tension.

For the Dungeon Master, Hassa is the kind of villain who doesn't fight — he negotiates, and the negotiation goes his way. He anchors guild campaigns, desert city intrigue, or underworld sandbox arcs with equal command. Play him as the affable face of organised crime, the terrifying patron who owns the party's debt, or the unpredictable neutral force the players must court to survive. For players, this miniature suits a Rogue crime boss, a Sorcerer built on charm and fear, a Warlock whose patron wears silk and smells of spice markets, or a Ranger whose bond with a great cat companion is worn like a statement of power.

Encounter hooks for Dungeon Masters:

- The party is brought before him blindfolded — when the cloth drops, Hassa is already smiling, already three moves ahead.
- A guild war erupts across the city's lower districts. Hassa summons the adventurers not for help, but to observe — and to choose a side.
- His panther returns to the palace alone, bloodied. Hassa's expression doesn't change. He slides a purse across the table and says only: find out.
- The players have been working for him for weeks before they realise every job has been a test — and they've just passed the final one.
