There are sculpts that make you sit down, clear your desk, and commit. The Incarnation of Destiny by Nerikson is exactly that piece — a towering, otherworldly presence that will push your Non-Metallic Metal, wet blending, and Object Source Lighting to their absolute limit, and give back everything you put in.
This is a tall, commanding female figure draped in layers of intricately detailed flowing robes that catch imaginary wind with extraordinary realism. The fabric tells the story — deep undercut folds in the lower cape, delicate hem fraying at the edges, stacked layered panels across the torso and legs, each with its own shadow trap for the patient brush. Her shoulders rise into a dramatic wide collar structure, framing a face of quiet, unsettling power beneath an elaborate architectural headdress of swept, stylised hair and geometric plating. One arm extends forward, fingers open in a gesture of command; the other trails a long, elegantly ornamented sword low at her side — its crossguard and grip loaded with fine relief work that will reward NMM treatment at any scale. The anatomy beneath the robes is precise and confident — visible musculature at the torso and arms suggesting strength within the elegance. Surface transitions between skin, fabric, and armour plating are clean and deliberate, giving advanced painters clear demarcation lines for colour and texture storytelling. OSL painters will find the extended hand and face especially rewarding focal points.
This model is available in two scales: 75mm and 140mm. The 75mm version features flat, non-sculpted eyes suitable for freehand eye work. The 140mm version is supplied as a multi-part kit broken into logical, manageable sections — upper body, lower robes and cape, separate sword arm with grip, free hand arm, and a scenic round base — allowing clean printing and precise assembly. Files are provided both supported and unsupported, with a merged variant also available unsupported for experienced printers. The 140mm character size runs 166 x 147 x 176mm with a largest single piece of 122 x 127 x 149mm. All parts are printed in high quality resin at fine resolution, capturing the full depth of Nerikson's sculptural detail.
This is a collector-grade display piece. At 140mm she commands a shelf. At 75mm she commands a competition tray. Either way, the Incarnation of Destiny is the kind of work that earns a second look — and a first-place ribbon. Whether you are building a personal display case of landmark paints or preparing a serious competition entry, this sculpt belongs in that conversation.
