Drow Rogue Mini | Arcane Trickster Miniature | Elven Assassin with Blade and Arcane Focus | By DM Stash

The street names him ghost. The monsters name him last. He is neither — he is something far more dangerous: a man who learned that magic and mercy were both luxuries, and kept only one.

Designed by DM Stash, this dark elf miniature captures a Drow raised far from the Underdark — a foundling shaped by suspicion, self-reliance, and a deeply personal relationship with arcane power. He strides forward mid-motion, weight shifted onto one foot as if stepping from shadow into the kill. His left hand raises a writhing tentacled orb — an arcane focus crackling with barely-leashed energy — while his right arm sweeps back, a short blade ready and waiting. He wears layered leather-and-chainmail armour decorated with intricate geometric knotwork, a billowing patterned cloak caught mid-turn behind him. His pointed ears mark his lineage; his posture marks his story. The scenic base of jagged crystals and broken stone roots him mid-stride in the thick of a fight, or perhaps the breathless moment before one.

For players, he makes a compelling character piece for an Arcane Trickster, Eldritch Knight, or Warlock built around guile and controlled magical bursts — the kind of character who never hits the same way twice. For Dungeon Masters, he works equally well as a morally layered NPC: a tracker for hire, a contact in a hunters' guild, or a monster-slayer whose methods sit uncomfortably close to the creatures he kills.

-The party is hired to bring in a dangerous beast — when they arrive, they find this figure already crouched over the corpse, wiping his blade clean and asking for his cut of the reward.
-A local township distrusts the party's new guide on sight — his dark elven features read as threat, and the players must navigate politics as much as peril.
-Mid-dungeon, an unknown figure drops in from above and handles a patrol of guards before the party can blink — then wants to negotiate terms before he'll say a word.
-The arcane focus in his hand begins to pulse at the dungeon's heart — something down here recognises it, and it's waking up.
