Crimson Hood Ranger Mini | Beast Master Miniature | Hooded Archer with Fur Cloak and Crossbow | By DM Stash

She does not hunt for glory. She hunts because the forest remembers what the village forgot — and something with claws still walks through it.

Designed by DM Stash, this Ranger miniature captures a lone hunter mid-stride, caught between shadow and purpose. A deep hood frames her sharp expression, her long hair spilling beneath it as she draws a twisted, rope-wrapped bow with practiced precision. She wears layered travelling clothes beneath a sweeping cloak, and draped across her back is a dense, textured fur mantle — each hair strand rendered with striking realism, as though freshly claimed from the wilderness. Her stance is low and kinetic, one leg raised onto scattered rocks as she turns to loose her shot, cape billowing behind her. This is not a character at rest. She is already mid-hunt.

Her backstory writes itself into every line of this miniature — a girl who walked through darkness and came out the other side as something harder, something wilder. Whether you are building a Ranger's player character who stalks corrupted lycanthropes through a haunted forest, a vigilante Rogue surviving the frontier through speed and cunning, or a morally complex NPC the party can never quite trust, she fits each role with equal conviction. At 32mm she commands the table; at 75mm she becomes a display centrepiece worthy of a dedicated paint scheme.

Encounter ideas for Dungeon Masters and storytellers:

- The party hears a merchant caravan's horses screaming in the dark — when they arrive, the attackers are already dead and a cloaked figure is quietly lifting coin purses from the bodies.
- A werewolf the players were tracking has been found — strung up at the forest's edge with an arrow through its chest and no witness in sight.
- She approaches the party with a name, a map, and a warning: something is turning the wolves of this region into something worse, and she's been hunting it alone for six months.
- The players learn her companion — a man known only as the Big Bad — has gone missing in the deep wood. She is not asking for help. But she is not refusing it either.
