Tiefling Sorcerer Mini | Desert Exile Warlock Miniature | Horned Arcane Wanderer with Demonic Wings | By DM Stash

She did not ask for the palace doors to open. She walked through them anyway — and left the guards behind her on the sand.

Designed by DM Stash as part of their richly built world of Alimroth, this tiefling sorcerer is no sheltered court conjurer. She is a survivor forged in the harshest desert corridors of Sudd Tohst, her power earned not from study but from necessity. Her curved ram horns sweep back from an elaborate crown of locked, twisted hair. Intricate runic armour plates rest over flowing, pattern-embossed robes, caught mid-motion as though she is stepping into — or away from — a confrontation she has already decided the outcome of. One arm extends forward with casual authority; spectral figures writhe at her flanks, pulled from stone or shadow by whatever dark bargain she carries. Leathery demonic wings arc behind her, framing her silhouette like a throne she refuses to sit on. The base beneath her is a crumbling diorama of rock and arcane debris, giving the piece the weight of a genuine moment — not a pose, but an arrival.

Presented in two renders — front-facing and rear — the reverse view reveals the meticulous detail carried across the entire model: layered cloth, the articulated wing structure, and the full sweep of her robe's trailing edge.

For players, she makes a commanding tiefling sorcerer or warlock with clear narrative depth — the exile who clawed her way into power without privilege or patron, equally suited to a lone-wolf origin story or a morally complicated court intrigue arc. For Dungeon Masters, she arrives ready-made with faction potential: a desert kingdom's prized magical asset, a former street-level survivor turned enforcer, or the most dangerous person in a room full of people who underestimated her.

- The party seeks an audience with the desert Sultan — she is already there, standing behind his throne with an expression that makes clear she was not hired for decoration.
- A merchant guild hires the adventurers to retrieve a stolen relic — only to find this tiefling has already sold it, spent the coin, and is three steps ahead of the investigation.
- Mid-combat in the palace courtyard, the spectral figures flanking her begin to move — she hasn't cast a spell yet.
- She approaches the party not as an enemy but as an equal, offering a deal that sounds too clean — because it is.
